When I told my mother that I bought a new Alexandria Doumbek, she did not understand what I was talking about. She thought that it was some sort of a brand of clothing. I told her that is a kind of drum and it is the one used in belly dancing. I love belly dancing, and it is the one thing that I do almost every single day. I want to learn how to play this kind of drum. My belly dancing instructor is not only good in dancing, but she can also play the Alexandria Doumbek. I know that I can be like her. I just need to practice as much as I can.
