The most important discovery was that I found out how to process it for my own application so I can teach others. My countless hours of research revealed to me who the piano improvisation artists were, who were the best, and what techniques, methods and routines were used by these masters. Why didnt the schools touch on this important area.
Why was the skill of antique piano improvisation not taught in all the piano lessons I have taken over the years. I then went on to score distinctions on my exams from the Associate Board of the Royal School of Music in England. I started playing piano at the tender age of seven. I couldnt even play Happy Birthday by ear.
