The profession of a doctor is very sophisticated. You cannot accept a doctor who is profoundly busy in marketing himself or herself. You would rather refrain from such a doctor. The reason being that you would consider his or her advice to have some vested interest behind it. 

This is the reason why doctors prefer engaging in chiropractic marketing. This would mean that marketing is still done for doctors, but in a styled manner. The idea behind the such a marketing is that the patient does not know that a marketing tactic has been adopted, but the process still takes place.
