Must I really desert desserts, or might there be something out there to satisfy my sweet tooth? I do enjoy my chocolate, and I have heard that dark chocolate has the most health promoting benefits of all. It would be really cool to make the switch all together from milk to dark chocolate because it is so readily available these days. If I could find a couple of items for dessert then I would not have to binge and purge on sweets. I am looking for a healthy dessert recipe to turn others onto also so they can reap the health benefits of dark chocolate too.
