I have a terrible habit of grabbing junk food and eating on the run. I also visit far too many drive-throughs. I need to eat healthier because I am having a few medical problems. I decided that I would make a few changes and try medifast. I love their food program and it helps to simplify my life. I also have so much more energy because I am no longer consuming foods that have empty calories. I am starting to lose some weight and my attitude is so much better. I wish I would have done this a long time ago.
