When I first started to go to the gym Ireally had no idea of the “rules” that I should have been following. Of course I made mistakes that I learned from. Looking back I see now that it was common sense. But there are some curtiusy’s that can be followed easily. After you get done doing exercises for fat loss you should always make sure that your weight plates and dumbells are always put away. You dont want some one to came along and trip over the weights that you put there in the way . So keep your gym safe.
