As a person whose mind races when I lay down at night in my bed, I often times have a hard time going to sleep. This is the time of day when I feel like everything that I have put off thinking about during the day all want to be center stage in my brain and there is no pushing it off anymore. As a result I am seeking ways how to stop feeling tired all the time. Perhaps I need to work harder at handling my thoughts during the day so that I can switch it off at night but with such a busy schedule that is often hard to do.
