One night I couldn’t sleep and I was watching TV when a commercial came on advertising ab machines. They claimed that if I used this machine I would see almost instant results. Well, I ordered it and unfortunately I didn’t see the results. I started researching ways to lose belly fat and I was amazed to learn that it is not actually abdominal exercises that will be the most beneficial but by working the muscles of my legs. Building muscle helps to get rid of the body fat. I was amazed by this news, I have started a new exercise program and the weight is dropping.
