From my earliest memories, my father has been obese and never very active. As a child, I was envious of other father’s who would play with their sons and I wished my dad would do the same. Now I realize because of his size and health problems, he was not able to physically. In trying to help him, I steered him to some medifast reviews and pointed out how their system seemed to be a good fit for his needs. He agreed to try it for a week and is still on the program months later. He is now fit and very active.
