My husband is big into meditation, and I only do it once in a while.  But he has some guided meditation mp3s that are perfect for light meditation.  This is the kind of meditation I do.  I only like to meditate for a little while, easing my tensions and clearing my mind.  It is easy to do, and I enjoy the relaxed feeling I get after I’m done.  I always feel like I have somehow taken a little vacation from my tensions and it always seems to even take away some of my aches and pains.  I have used it to stay on my diet and it seems to be working as well.
