My husband was in an accident that caused him to have brain damage. We are trying our best to get money from the insurance company to help us deal with his injuries and the treatment that he needs, however, we think we might need to go to court in order to do this. Should we hire a special brain injury lawyer to help us out with our case? Does anyone know where we might be able to find a lawyer with this sort of specialization? We want someone who is familiar with all the issues we are dealing with so that we can get the best representation possible.
