I need to find a phone number scan website that is good and trustworthy. My daughter has been getting a lot of harassing cell phone calls that are disturbing her and our entire family. We have tried blocking the calls, but they just show up under a different number within just a few days. I have tried contacting the police, but they told us it is difficult to prosecute or issue a restraining order if you don’t know who the person is, and they have other pressing and more dangerous business to attend to. So far, the calls have been annoying and obscene. I am just concerned that they will turn threatening.
