One of my best friends lives on the beach because he loves the sea and everything in it, including the fish.

But he is not a fisherman. At least he doesn’t eat fish. The only sea life he has ever captured lives in an acrylic reef tank in his living room.

In fact, his whole home has a seaside feeling; and the giant aquariums make it feel a little like he’s brought the ocean inside.

He and I have relaxed for hours, watching all of his creatures and talking about them.

I’ve always believed that I never learned to scuba dive because I can get a much better view of the ocean from my friend’s living room.
