Passing the buck, side-stepping responsibility, turning a deaf ear, refusing to see, all of these contribute to a growing problem that is having an impact on every human being on earth.  Using low energy light bulbs is a way that every person in the modern world can contribute to conserving our natural resources.  There is no reason for anyone to continue using outdated bulbs that have outlived their use and convenience.  It is time for everyone to take steps to save and conserve.  Each one can do their part and this is a way everyone can have an impact on the future.  It’s time to change.
