I have never done well with a diet and exercise plan that completely eliminates the foods that I enjoy eating. While I realize that I need to get rid of some of the junk food I eat, I need to keep some of those things in my diet just so I don’t give up. When I started the burn the fat feed the muscle program, I really liked how I was given a set of guidelines about the food I should eat and recommendation on the number of calories. This gave me the freedom to plan out my meals and still eat some of the food that I really enjoy.
