This car has to be safe, and it is one that I plan to keep for a long time, so I will need to borrow money to purchase it. I have been looking online for new Car Loans and have been wondering who has the best rates and fees. I have been considering, should I go to a credit union or a bank, who has the easiest  and fastest application process and who is more likely to approve me for the loan.
